05/26/2011: "MDA BOOTCAMP"
 Hamtramck Firefighters Association President Bill Diamond and member Jim Carden attended the Muscular Dystrophy Association MPFFU Boot Camp. In 2010, we raised $2,000 - despite not being a part of the Annual Hamtramck Labor Day Festival, where we tend to collect a large portion of our annual donation.
The Muscular Dystrophy Association (MDA) is an American organization which combats muscular dystrophy and diseases of the nervous system and muscular system in general by funding research, providing medical and community services, and educating health professionals and the general public.
