FIGHT FOR AIR

climb_fy17_poster_flyer_firefighter-detroit-9-15-2016-2_hffOnce again, members of the Hamtramck Fire Department are joining the American Lung Association’s Fight for Air Climb.  The Fight for Air is one of the American Lung Association’s signature fundraising events. These unique events are hosted in prominent skyscrapers, stadiums or arenas and challenge participants as they walk, run or race up hundreds of steps – here in Detroit, we will be climbing to the top of Renaissance Center!  The funds we raise support research, education and patient programs to help the millions of Americans impacted by asthma, COPD, lung cancer, air pollution and other lung diseases.

We will be climbing to all 71 floors or 1,050 stairs in full firefighter turnout gear to support this cause… but, we need your help!
