10/10/2010: "HAMTOWN HARVEST FESTIVAL"
 The Hamtramck Firefighters will participating in the first Hamtown Harvest Festival on October 16th &17th in the huge heated tent located in the municipal parking lot located off of Jos. Campau on Yemans Street - between the Polish Village Cafe and Polonia (or behind the old Shopper's World) (map). We will be selling our "World Famous" firehouse chili, mugs and t-shirts!
Entertainment for the weekend includes The Polish Muslims, Eddie Blazonczyk & The Verstones and Danny D on Saturday; Duane Malinowski and The Howling Diablo's on Sunday... as well as a lederhosen "Hot legs" contest, Bavarian shot girls, beer pong and the Hamtown Hayride. Michigan Wines and authentic Polish German beer will be served and Eastern Market vendors will be selling Halloween decor.
Admission is $5 for adults, kids are free!
