10/06/2006: "WELCOME & PICS"
 The Hamtramck Firefighters Association, IAFF Local #750 welcomed 5 new members into their ranks at the last Union Meeting on October 3rd. Probationary Firefighters Bill Head, Jeremy Grundy, Mike Young, Paul Sevakis and Matt Larivee all took their oaths and were welcomed by all members.
The Hamtramck Fire Department recently welcomed three new members as probationary Firefighters - Mike Bourdow joined last week and Joe LaFever and Dan Oleksiak (who shares a last name with two of our current members, but is no known relation) start this week. Also, Lt. Chris Sanchez rejoined our ranks last week after a little hiatus.

Those chosen are members for your fire chief's pay on call department that he also belongs too.
