10/06/2006: "RETIREMENT SET FOR WALT"
 The Hamtramck Fire Department's Master Mechanic Walt Cichecki is retiring. Walt would have had 30 years on the job in December 2006. His last day is set for Friday, October 13th.
A party will be held on Friday, October 13 at Turtle & Inky's on Carpenter, just west of Jos. Campau at 11 AM. All are welcomed to celebrate Wally's last day on the job - food and drinks will be available.
