Congratulations to Mark Sylvester on his promotion to Lieutenant. Mark has been with the Hamtramck Fire Department since May, 1984 - Mark is a former Hamtramck Firefighter of the year. He has served as a union president and as chairman of the Hamtramck Goodfellows. |
